{heatwave}

I came home from work this evening looking forward to a low key night, only to be greeted by a 97* house. It was 105* with a slight breeze outside. Apparently our a/c took a dump, so we are shacking it up at the hotel that employs Karl. Thank goodness for "connections!"

Hopefully tomorrow it will be fixed and we will be in the comforts of our home, although this place is quite luxurious. We're hoping it's something minor & inexpensive to repair...our a/c unit is only 4 years old!
