{softball 2013}

In addition to dance, Addie is playing softball again this spring.

 She has improved her skills so much over the past year and we are so proud of her. We are trying out a different league this year and we are liking it much more.

 I have video I need to upload from her games, but here is her official photo. For some reason her head looks ginormous, and of course on Opening Day/Picture Day it was unseasonally hot and the girls were all a sweaty mess for there photos.

She's got a busy few months ahead of her with her upcoming games, dance practices, big dance recital, preschool graduation (funny, I know), our much anticipated first real family vacation, summer swim lessons and starting Kindergarten in August! Phew! I'm exhausted just typing that! Hoping I stay on top of things, I feel like I have so many gaps to fill on here from my months of slacking.

I once again commissioned my friend, Karen Stewart, to photograph Addison for her 5th Birthday. My baby is no longer a baby...that's for sure! Here's a sneak peek of her session. I'm still waiting to see them all, but so far I am in awe!

{5th birthday}

On Addison's actual 5th Birthday, she wanted to spend it at the Happiest Place on Earth! Aunt Becca met us down there and we had such a fun and special day. She was treated like a princess and got to have lunch at Ariel's Grotto.
