{pumpkin mania}

Tonight, we carved our little family of pumpkins (5 total). Addison loved it. Her favorite part was when the top was cut and she got to pull it up. She wasn't too fond of the "guts" and seeds, but who is!?

Roasted Pumpkin Seed Recipe

  • 1 1/2 tablespoons Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons seasoned salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 2 cups raw whole pumpkin seeds
  1. Preheat oven to 275 degrees F (135 degrees C).
  2. Combine the olive oil, seasoned salt, garlic salt, Worcestershire sauce and pumpkin seeds. Mix thoroughly and place in shallow baking dish.
  3. Bake for 1 hour, stirring occasionally.
