{mermaid update}

So after spending $100 at the Vet, we have learned that Mermaid is a him and not a her...but don't tell Addie that. She insists he's a she. He had a pretty bad case of ear mites, needed vaccinations and an antibiotic to prevent infection of a few small lacerations that he had. The vet estimates that Mermaid is about 4.5 months old. He's a very sweet and tolerant kitty. He puts up with Addison's constant abuse, poking and prodding. I think he's going to fit in around here just fine.
