{weekend}

Hope everyone had a great weekend! Ours was fun filled and tiring!

We started our weekend off with an attempt at going to an Los Angeles Kings game. I say attempt because Karl's client gave him some tickets, but they ended up not being what we were told. We were about 5-6 rows from the top of the Staples Center. If you know me, you know that I have a fear of heights, and that caused me to have a breakdown as soon as we got to our seats. Since we met my brother-in-law and nephew at the game, Addison & I left while Karl stayed and hitched a ride back home with them. So it was a win/win situation! I love it when things work themselves out like that!

Later that evening we all went out to dinner to celebrate our Anniversary, Karl's sister Tria's birthday and our nephew Skyler's birthday. We apparently like to do all things in January! A yummy dinner at Macaroni Grill was in store and boy was it tasty! A nice break from our diet!

On Sunday, we kicked off our 6 year anniversary by eating breakfast in our hotel room, and then heading off to our nephew Skyler's First Birthday Bash! From this point, I'll let the pictures do all of the talking:
