I thought it'd be fun to share what's on my imaginary Christmas wish list with the Blogverse. It's highly unlikely that Santa will deliver any of these goods, but it's fun to dream!
I've seen it going on on several other sites, so I thought I'd hop in on the game and hope that maybe Santa gets word that I've been a really good girl this year! Ha!
I'm starting with the top of my list. I've been dreaming of an SLR for a few years now. Last year I got a camera that has been a great starter on how to operate settings, etc. I think I'm ready to move on.
This year, I'm begging Santa to please bring me this...this beautiful baby...

Ask for the 50mm 1.8 prime lens also. It's the only lens I own for my camera and it's around a $100. I'll let you know it doesn't zoom, which is a little hard to get use to, but it makes up for it with the huge aperture of 1.8 and sharpness. I only have good things to say about mine. That wide open aperture will get you some beautiful bokeh.
On my wish list now is the 28-70mm 2.8. It's one of the only zooms that stops down to such a low f-stop. The cannon and nikon brand are a couple thousand dollars. I guess I'll settle for the third party lens at around $400.
