Last Sunday, we ventured down to The Grove in Los Angeles. It was Anaya's idea. We wanted to get out of town for the day, and that's where she chose. We had wonderful ideas of spotting celebs galore, but were only saddened in the end.

We started by eating at the LA Farmers Market. That place is phenomenal. It's huge, and there's every type of food imaginable. Addison found some cupcakes and talked her Daddy into buying her one.

We walked around looking at all of the shops, including the American Girl Store. I really hope that place is not in existence when Addison is of age. That place is scary, not to mention that it's very spendy! Eek! I just don't understand it, but I know I'm in for a world of crazy as she gets a little older. We've done a good job of keeping her away from the Dora's & Elmo's of the world so far! Ha!
There was a great band playing in the plaza, so we stopped to listen to them for a while. Someone really enjoyed it and even did a little dancing.

On our way out we stopped at the Cheesecake Factory and got some Cheesecake to go. We had a slice of Stefanie's Red Velvet Cheesecake. It was divine, and I highly recommend it!
