Starting on Monday, I'm jumping on the phenomenon that's been traveling around the interwebs....the Jillian Michaels' 30-Day Shred.
I've watched a few bloggers successfully complete the 30-days and I'm convinced. I bought this DVD a while back, and I've done it a handful of times. It's been sitting in my DVD player collecting dust since! It is a hard non-stop 20 minute work out that will leave you gasping for breath...but no pain = no gain, right!?!?
I'm trying to get up the nerve to post before, during and after pictures to document my progress.

Let me know how it works out. I have this baby stomach flab that just won't leave. Ok, I'm not really doing anything to have it leave either.
