Today Karl's cousin, Elette, graduated from CalTech in Pasadena. She's It was a beautiful day and was spent in good company. Here's a few pics, but unfortunately I didn't get any of the Graduate!

I finally got around to taking some video of Addison today! Here she is playing with her favorite toy!

Addison has been really trying her hardest to sit up lately, and when you hold her...she must be facing away from you & in and upright position.

I thought now was the perfect time to bust out her Bumbo Seat and see how she liked it. Well, she loves it! She also has a favorite toy, her Lota Linki Clip Together Teether/Toy.

Hello, Family Wagon (or the Addie Wagon as we call it):

2 Month Check-up

Addison had her 2 month check-up today, which also meant her first round of shots! She weighed in at 14lbs 6 oz. and is measuring 25" long, putting her in the 95th percentile for both weight & height.

We opted to do a delayed vaccination schedule that was proposed by our Dr, so she only received 2 out of the 4 shots that babies get at this appointment regularly. She will get the other two vaccinations in 6 weeks. Daddy held her during this "torture" while Mommy cried harder & longer than she did! She did so well, and we have yet to have a cranky baby on our hands today.

At this 2 month mark, some of Addison's milestones include smiling, giggling, sleeping through the night and having great head control. We can't believe how fast this is all going by!

I am returning to work in a few weeks (June 16th) and am having a hard time dealing with that! We have found a fantastic Day Care for Addison, but the thought of leaving her breaks my heart. I know in the end everything will be okay, but it's going to be a hard transition for me!

Anyway, that's what's going on with our little munchkin! =o)

Fun in the Sun!

Today is the 3rd straight day of triple digit temperatures, so we thought it'd be a great time to introduce Addison to the pool!

We went over to Auntie Anaya's house to take a dip and Addison LOVED it!

The day after Addison came home, Karl had to run out and get a few last minute things that we had forgotten. He also picked up the most adorable onesie that she now fits in! I just love it!

I found these sunglasses at my favorite store to shop for Addie at, Gymboree . She tolerated them just fine, but I know it's a matter of time before she's ripping them off of her face. Anyway, here's a picture of the Diva!

Addie and I are always out & about running errands and what not. On Thursday she was quite the happy girl when I put her in her car seat! She's such a little ham!
